Just a quick note to tell everyone that Mark Leiren-Young’s The Green Chain is going to premiere at the Montreal World Film Festival on August 26th at 7:30PM. If you are in Montreal, watch it. If you are in Quebec in general, go watch it. If you are in Ottawa… seriously, it’s only 2 hours away… go watch it. And send word back to me. I will be pairing diphthongs on that day.
Coming from a school like Canterbury HS in Ottawa, I have been genetically altered to find improv very exciting. That’s probably why I’m a sucker for this trailer for a documentary called “In the Moment”. It looks like so much fun, I may have a heart attack.
Of course, being a grad of the Literary Arts program at CHS, I never experienced any of that kind of madness except from the cheap seats. But y’know, it’s the thought that counts.
